To mark the 30th anniversary of our sister workshop in Madagascar, we wanted to revive our best sellers and bring you the 2024 version! The Cancun is made from 100% raffia, entirely hand crocheted and decorated with overlapping raffia embroidery! It’s a beautiful basket that showcases the craftsmanship of Madagascar’s women artisans, much to our delight!

Raffia is a natural fibre extracted from palm trees that grows in tropical regions and especially in wet soil in Madagascar. All of our raffia products are crocheted or braided by hand in our Malagasy workshops.

– Keep it away from direct sunlight and heavy rain

– If the accessory gets wet, leave it to dry in a dry place away from heat sources (fireplace, radiator, etc.)
